Moose Antler necklace

Hand fabricated with sterling silver - what does that mean? I fused sterling silver into the general shape of the antler using my torch, then took time carving the details to ensure it resembled (as closely as I could possibly could) a moose antler.
The antler is 3" wide and 2" in height. The handmade chain (also sterling silver) is 20" in length (including the pendant).
This piece is one of a kind.
